Vorta Commerce

Sell on every channel. Run everything from one system.

Point of sale, kiosk, online store, Mercado Libre, WhatsApp and calls all feed one operation: orders, inventory, finance, customers, suppliers and team tasks. Sofia, the AI assistant, does work inside that operation.

Sell

Pick the channels that fit your business, or use them all. Every order lands in the same place.

Provided by Vorta

Point of sale

Take payments at the counter with a cash drawer, printed receipts and card payments from the same system. Every sale updates inventory instantly.

For shops, cafés, restaurants and any business serving people in person.

Provided by Vorta

Kiosk and QR ordering

Customers order and pay on their own from a screen, a table QR code or a link. They can pay on their phone, by card on the terminal or at the counter.

For businesses with queues, tables or high turnover.

Provided by Vorta

Online store

Your catalog on a store of your own with cart and online payment. You can buy a domain from Vorta, and Sofia can adjust the design and publish changes.

For selling remotely without depending on a marketplace.

You connect your account

Mercado Libre

Connect your seller account and your listings, prices, stock and orders sync with Vorta. Sofia can publish, answer buyer questions and messages, and update shipments once you allow it.

For sellers already on Mercado Libre in Mexico who want to stop entering data twice.

You connect your account

WhatsApp

Link your business WhatsApp number. Sofia answers customers, takes orders and sends payment links from that same number.

For businesses that already sell by message and want no one left unanswered.

Provided by Vorta

Calls

Sofia answers calls, takes reservations and prepares payment links; when needed she hands the call to a person. Outbound calls always require your approval.

For businesses with reservations or phone orders.

Provided by Vorta

Wholesale customer portal

Your wholesale customers see their catalog and prices, order, reorder and check their credit and statements.

For distributors and trading companies with recurring customers.

Appointments

A public booking page for your business; Sofia can share the link over WhatsApp or the phone.

For services with a schedule: salons, clinics, workshops.

Operate

What happens after the sale lives in Vorta too.

Orders

Every order from every channel in one list, with its status, delivery and payment.

Inventory

Stock per product and per location, recipes and supplies, and automatic deductions with each sale.

Finance

Cash registers and closings, receivables and payables, expenses and a business summary. CFDI invoicing with your certificate, once enabled.

Customers

Purchase history, contact details and conversations, to serve better and collect on time.

Suppliers and purchasing

Purchase orders, restocking and order proposals when stock runs low.

Team and tasks

Routines, assigned tasks, calendar and presence check-ins per location.

Work with AI

Sofia is an assistant that works inside your operation, not a separate chat. You ask her things in the system, over WhatsApp or by phone.

What she can handle

  • Create, update and cancel orders and quotes.
  • Add customers and products, and generate product images.
  • Check stock, spot low inventory and propose purchase orders.
  • Handle WhatsApp and calls, and send payment links.
  • Publish and adjust your online store and Mercado Libre listings.
  • Assign tasks to the team and alert you to overdue payments or late orders.

What information she uses

  • Only your business data: customers, products, prices, inventory, orders, payments, finance and conversations.
  • The rules you set: maximum discounts, refunds, credit and what she may do on each channel.

What needs your approval

  • Discounts, refunds, purchases and credit exceptions above the limits you set (by default, all of them).
  • Outbound calls and Mercado Libre changes, until you enable them.
  • Every action is shown on a card with what will happen and why; you choose the level of autonomy per channel.

One order, start to finish

An illustrative example of how a WhatsApp order moves through the operation.

  1. The message arrives

A customer writes to the business WhatsApp asking for two products. Sofia replies, confirms availability and price, and creates the order.

  2. It gets paid

Sofia sends a payment link. Once paid, the order is marked as collected and the money shows up in your finances.

  3. Stock drops and it ships

Inventory goes down at the right location and the order appears on the team's delivery list.

  4. It gets restocked

If a product fell below its minimum, Sofia proposes a purchase order to the supplier. You approve it.

Illustrative example. The steps depend on the channels you enable and the permissions you give Sofia.

Start with the channels you already use.
